Introduction

These Terms of Use outline acceptable and prohibited activities while using LeadExpo, a lead management and data collection platform developed by WebNX Global Services (P) Limited.

By accessing or using LeadExpo, you agree to follow this Acceptable Usage Policy. Failure to do so may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of your account.

1. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the LeadExpo Platform for legitimate internal business purposes, including:

Lead Collection
  • Creating custom forms for exhibitions, business events, or in-store interactions.
  • Capturing visitor/contact information digitally.

 Data Management
  • Storing, categorizing, and exporting data collected through LeadExpo.
  • Managing and downloading leads for analysis or CRM integration.
OCR & Scanning
  • Digitizing business cards using the built-in OCR scanner.
  • Storing scanned card data solely for your business use.
Team Collaboration
  • Adding team members or booth staff to collect leads under your company’s account.
  • Assigning roles and controlling access permissions.

These permitted uses are subject to compliance with all data protection laws applicable to your region.

2. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities while using the Platform:

 Illegal or Unethical Data Collection
  • Collecting sensitive personal data (health, biometrics, political opinions, financial data, etc.) without explicit, informed consent.
  • Capturing data for illegal, harmful, or deceptive activities.
Abuse or Misuse of Data
  • Sending unsolicited bulk marketing messages or spam.
  • Selling or sharing user data without explicit permission.
  • Using data collected on LeadExpo for activities prohibited by data protection laws.
System Misuse
  • Attempting to overload, disrupt, or impair the platform.
  • Using bots, scrapers, or other automated tools without authorization.
  • Attempting to bypass security controls or unauthorized access points.
 Intellectual Property Violations
  • Reverse engineering, modifying, or attempting to extract source code.
  • Copying, distributing, reselling, or sublicensing the App.
 Harmful Actions
  • Uploading malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
  • Engaging in behavior that threatens the safety, stability, or reputation of LeadExpo.

Violation of any prohibited activity may lead to account termination, legal action, or data restrictions.

3. Content & Data Ownership

Your Content (User Data)

You maintain full ownership of:

  • Forms created by you
  • Leads collected via the App
  • OCR scanned business card information
  • Any files or structured data uploaded to the platform

We do not claim rights to your data.

License Granted to Us

You grant WebNX Global Services (P) Limited a limited, non-exclusive license to:

  • Host, store, process, and back up your data
  • Display your data inside the App (e.g., dashboards, exports, analytics)
     solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We will never sell, rent, or trade your user data.

4. Security Responsibilities

To maintain the platform’s integrity, you agree to:

Account Security
  • Protect your login credentials (OTP, password, device access).
  • Ensure only authorized users access your account.
Device Security
  • Use secure devices free from viruses or malicious software.
  • Avoid accessing the platform on public or compromised networks.
Reporting Issues

You must notify us immediately if you notice:

  • Unauthorized account access
  • Suspicious activities
  • Security vulnerabilities or system misuse

5. System Availability & Modifications

LeadExpo may undergo maintenance or feature updates. While we strive for maximum uptime, we cannot guarantee:

  • 24/7 availability
  • Zero interruptions or errors
  • Compatibility with all hardware or OS versions

We reserve the right to update or discontinue features as necessary.

6. Compliance Requirements

You agree to comply with:

  • Applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, Indian IT Act, etc.)
  • Anti-spam and communication regulations
  • Event and venue rules where the platform is used

Failure to comply may result in termination or legal liability.

7. Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms of Use
  • Your activity poses risk to system stability
  • You engage in misuse, illegal activity, or unauthorized access

Upon termination:

  • Your license to use the platform ends
  • You may request export or deletion of your data
