Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all products and services offered under LeadExpo – WebNX Global Services (P) Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

We are committed to ensuring transparency and fairness in all transactions. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase or subscription.

1. Service Nature

LeadExpo is a digital SaaS-based platform. All services, features, and subscription plans provided are intangible and delivered electronically. Access is granted instantly upon activation.

2. Refund Policy

No Automatic Refunds

Once a payment is made and the service/subscription is activated, refunds are not issued due to the digital nature of the product.

Eligibility for Refund (Exceptional Cases Only)

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error.
  • If your payment was processed but your account was not activated, and our team fails to activate it within 72 hours.
  • If you were charged for a plan you did not subscribe to, due to a verified system glitch.

All claims must be supported with valid proof (payment receipt, screenshots, transaction reference, etc.).

The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any refund request after verification.

3. Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
However:

  • Cancellation does not generate a refund for the current billing cycle.
  • Services will remain active until the end of the paid period.
  • No partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued.
Auto-Renewal

If your plan includes auto-renewal, you must cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

4. Payment Disputes

If you believe your payment was misprocessed:

  • Contact us directly before initiating any chargeback.
  • Filing a chargeback without contacting us may lead to account suspension and additional verification requirements.
